Babich 2009 Individual Vineyard Headwaters Organic Block Sauvignon Blanc – intro price only $18.50
I'm excited to release another lovely New Zealand Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. This one is the first organic wine from Babich, one of New Zealand’s largest and oldest family-owned wine companies.
Tasting Notes: The nose is subtly perfumed with red current and passionfruit. The palate has a soft and sweet fruited entry nice weight and is finely structured – making it a good food match. Juicy fruits are found on the mid palate and the finish is dry. Should develop nicely in the medium term.

Buy Red Centre 2008 Cabernet
This Cabernet from Lewison Red Centre wines follows on from their silver medal winning 2006 Cabernet Merlot. It is quite a light style cabernet and perfect for everyday quaffing.
The nose offers an enticing mix of wild red fruit, licorice and spice. The light to medium palate is vibrant and smooth showing plums and mulberry with a little savoury complexity. The wine is versatile in its food accompaniments, including cheese, pizza and pasta, and even some lightly spiced Asian dishes.
