Tasting Notes	This wine is drinking well immediately after bottling. The residual sugar is beautifully integrated with clean finishing acid. Passionfruit, tropical fruit and apricot combine to provide wonderful complexity. 11.5% Alcohol. 18gm/ltr RS Low sulphur

Winemaking Notes	To keep the flavour integrity intact this wine was only coursely filtered and was not cold stabilised, so expect a few harmless crystals in the bottle.
