Tasting Notes	Intense purple black colour with rich nose of black current fruit.

Winemaking Notes	This Shiraz was grown on our daughter Kim's home block (which is also ACO Certified) and managed by us using organic and environmental techniques developed by Martins Hill over 20 years. The intense black/purple colour and rich blackcurrant fruitiness is testament to the Mudgee terrior, coupled with our sustainable and chemical free practices. Drinking well at release but with a cellaring potential of 6-8 years.
