Delivery Information
We deliver Australia-wide at subsidised rates. We want our wine to be accessible and affordable. We use Australia Post delivery services for all areas, with the convenience of delivery to PO Boxes or collection from an Australia Post store.
Furthermore, we also offer "Click & Collect" from our warehouse in Brunswick East, Victoria. This option will only appear if you enter a Victorian shipping address.
The available options will be presented at checkout after you have entered the shipping address.
When Will My Order Be Dispatched?
Wine is normally dispatched daily. If your delivery is delayed for more than a 24 - 48 hours, you will be notified.
My Order Is Urgent
If you have an urgent request, please get in touch as we can usually oblige.
Is Pickup Available?
Yes, you can "Click and Collect" from our warehouse in Brunswick. This option will only appear if you enter a Victorian shipping address.
Freight Calculator
There is a freight calculator on each detailed wine page (e,g on this wine page) and the Shopping Cart page . For most delivery areas, there is a flat delivery rate for orders of 12 bottles or less. In order to minimise your freight cost per bottle consider ordering a case.
For some areas, like the Northern Territory, freight amount depends on quantity. Any rates below which provide a dollar range denote that freight is weight dependent. Using the freight calculator will provide the exact figure.
Please note: All time frames below are in working days and are estimates only. These time frames may increase during the Christmas period.
International
Unfortunately, due to cost and paperwork involved, we do not ship internationally at this stage. We are happy to work with your freight forwarder if you have your own arrangements in place.
Peak Sale periods or during COVID waves
Please keep the following points in mind during periods of high demand or due to health impacts of COVID:

We are dispatching all orders from the warehouse as quickly as we can in light of delays

Please allow an extra 3-7 days for delivery, or more

Please check the tracking links and subscribe to updates, if possible, to stay informed.

Multi-box orders are often separated during transit, and can arrive on separate days. Please check the tracking for each separate item to see the status of each box.

Breakages are occurring more often and sometimes it takes several days for us to be notified by our delivery partner. If you see any indication of "unable to deliver", "damaged" or "held at facility" recorded in the tracking, please advise us immediately, so we can reship or resolve this issue ASAP.
