Purchase and Delivery of Gift Cards

Our Gift Cards are virtual, no physical card is provided. When purchasing a gift card, you must provide the following details

Sender Name, Recipient Name, Recipient Email, Send Date & Time (optional), and Gift Voucher Message.

If no Send Date & Time is provided, the Gift Card will be emailed out within 1-2 hours. The email will contain all the details required to redeem the Gift Card amount.

You can choose to email the Gift Card to your own email address and then deliver it to your recipient as desired, via hard or soft copy. Although the contents of the email can be printed out and provided in hard copy, we strongly suggest that the details are also provided to the recipient as a soft copy as the redemption codes are complex to type out.

Validity of Gift Cards

All Gift Cards are valid for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. If the entire voucher value is not redeemed in a single transaction, the remaining balance will be available on the recipient's account for future use, up until the 3 year expiry date.
