The Antipodes Organic Pink Gin 200mL
Kakadu plum, olida (strawberry Gum), blue chamomile flowers and ruby red grapefruit gather together with a complex selection of native and exotic botanicals.
Featuring the hallmarks of our award winning gin with the addition of exotic and indigenous botanicals, Kakadu plum, Strawberry Gum and Pink Grapefruit. It is Australia's first certified organic pink gin.
Distilled in New South Wales' pristine Hunter Valley and refined with pure Australian rainwater, our certified organic gin is perfect in a Gin and Tonic or enjoyed with Pink Moscato, grapefruit and ice.

The combination of these Organic botanicals creates a London Dry Gin that is a perfect
mixer with Tonic or Soda and a great base for one of the hugely popular gin based cocktails.
Pink Negroni
- 60ml Antipodes Pink Organic Gin
- 30ml Rose Vermouth
- 30ml Aperol
- Pink Grapefruit & basil leaf
A simple but classic cocktail. Fill a glass with ice. Mix in ingredients and stir gently. Squeeze the half the grapefruit over the glass then cut a wedge to garnish the glass, add drop a basil leaf or two on top.
Pink Gin Iced Tea
- 150ml Antipodes Pink Organic Gin
- 100ml Spiced Rum
- 1 - 1.5 lt Iced Tea
- Elderflower & a Grapefruit
Stir liquid contents into a jug, with ice, and squeeze half of the grapefruit into the jug. Slice the remaining grapefruit and add to jug, with the elderflower. Serve form the jug, preferably into tall glasses, and a reusable straw.
Rhubarb Organic Gin (our favourite!)
- 1 bottle of Antipodes Organic Gin
- 1 kg Rhubarb stalks
- 400grams caster sugar
Trim and cut the stalks into 3cm lengths and put in a jar with the sugar, and shake all around. Leave overnight and the sugar will draw out the juice from the rhubarb.
After 24 hours add the Organic gin & seal, and leave for about 4 weeks. Open on the day and ladle in to glasses. The contents wil be a little paler than 4 weeks earlier, but delivers a stunning & refreshing taste. Your guests will be impressed!
