Deep red in colour with natural earthy spices, showing black pepper, dark berries and ripe fruit driven palate.
The Story
Minimal irrigation results in low yields of small intense berries which are then carefully hand picked. Matured in American oak barriques with minimal handling of the wine. Will cellar and age well for the next 5-7 years.
