The shiraz has a lovely cedar oak character on the nose with loads of white pepper and plums. The palate is rich and full flavoured with great depth and fine tannins, this wine has the potential to age and mellow out for the next 10 years, or just drink it and enjoy.
The Story
The wines are made on site using small open ferementers, wild yeast and no preservative. They are basket pressed and matured in small oak casks for at least 18 months - fining or filtration is not necessary. The wine is bottle aged in their cellar prior to release when it is ready for consumption.
