Vineyards

Sourced from established vineyards in cool, high altitude Tumbarumba, NSW.

Winemaking

Organic Pinot Noir fruit was picked and de-stemmed, fermented with wild yeast and letf on skins for 10 days prior to pressing.

Vintage 2021

After a terrible 2020 growing season the vignerons of the region celebrated a fantastic outcome in 2021. Although wet early in the season, it stayed cool and dry for the remainder of the months up to harvest ensuring yields were up as well as the quality.
