This great wine made entirely from fruit grown on Cullens own vineyards. As it is made predominantly from the traditional Bordeaux blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, it is bottled in a Bordeaux bottle. However, the wine does contain a small amount of Chardonnay and this has added complexity and a touch of richness to the middle palate, without changing the basic structure of the wine. It is composed of 66% Sauvignon Blanc, 24% Semillon, 8% Chardonnay and 2% Verdelho.
