Winery/Brand: Cullen
This high quality entry level red represents a subtle blend of substantial volumes of Malbec, Merlot and Petit Verdot, with a smaller quantity of Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine has been enhanced through nearly 70% of its volume having been matured in oak for several months.
Colour: Deep rich red, with strong purple meniscus.
Bouquet: Fresh Mulberry and Boysenberry aromas. with a hint of cigar box
Palate: Rich, Mulberry flavours are perfectly integrated with the soft tannins. As with the Margret River White this red wine punches well above it’s weight
Cellaring: Enjoy now and during the next 5 years.
Food: A classy BBQ wine and with virtually all meat dishes.
