The Story
The fruit for this wine was sourced from Temple Bruer’s vineyard in Langhorne Creek. It was harvested early in the morning, crushed, chilled and pressed into tank for cold settling. Fermentation was complete within three weeks. Following this the wine was stabilised and bottled under our Enoomah Bore range of wines.
