This pale yellow herbaceous wine is not for the faint hearted. There are strong aromas of lantana, dill, tomato leaf and tangy tropical fruits. The minerally passionfruit palate is firm and the class of the wine is confirmed with the texture and zesty acid balance that gives an excellent finish.

Five per cent barrel-fermented and fully matured on its yeast lees before bottling.
