Winery/Brand: Happs
Colour: Pale straw with a shade of green. Very fresh, very clean and no hint of oxidation whatsoever.
Nose: A complex aroma that displays the buttery characteristics of the wines malolactic fermentation with lime and stonefruit notes and some lifted bready, nutty and yeasty aromas.
Palate: Buttery cashew characters combine with figgy fruit flavours and a creamy palate to yield a wine of considerable difference. Thankfully the wine shows no obvious oxidative characters, which is testament to our level of care in making this wine. The wine is full flavoured and the finish exhibits some yeast and sweet lemon butter with crisp acidity.
