COLOUR: Pale straw yellow.
BOUQUET: A complex aroma that displays the buttery characteristics of the wines malolactic fermentation with stonefruit, pastry and lanolin with notes of preserved lemon rind and apple cider notes.
PALATE:Buttery cashew characters combine with ripe stone fruit and a creamy palate to yield a wine of considerable difference. Thankfully the wine shows no obvious oxidative characters, which is testament to our level of care in making this wine. The palate is full flavoured and long with a finish that exhibits brioche and lemon butter characters.
