This wine is drinking well immediately after bottling. The residual sugar is beautifully integrated with clean finishing acid. Passionfruit, tropical fruit and apricot combine to provide wonderful complexity. 11.5% Alcohol. 18gm/ltr RS Low sulphur
The Story
To keep the flavour integrity intact this wine was only coursely filtered and was not cold stabilised, so expect a few harmless crystals in the bottle.
