The nose shows lovely lemon character with a hint of spice and quince. The palate shows pristine Riesling fruit with a touch of residual sugar perfectly balanced with crisp acidity giving a long zesty finish.

This year provided the opportunity to make a Riesling for aging. Although drinking well now, putting this wine down for a couple of years, is recommended. 11.2% Alcohol Low sulphur
