J & J's Rivers Lane organic vineyard is situated in the heart of McLaren Vale, adjacent to the sites of the earliest vineyards established during the late 1830's. The thin limestone rich soils found here match the good winter rainfalls and the long warm days and short cool nights of a gentle dry maritime summer. Vigneron Notes: Careful selection was made in sourcing this premium organic Chardonnay, grown at the base of McLaren Vale’s surrounding Adelaide Hills.

High daytime temperatures and cooling breezes from the hills combined with the maritime influence of the nearby coastline at night provide the perfect conditions for producing this well balanced Chardonnay.

Produced using French oak and partial malolactic the resulting wine is fresh and fruit driven.
