The Story
FRUIT: We believe 2009 will join the ‘best vintage’ list for Krinklewood with consistent warm temperatures throughout the growing season.
WINEMAKING: Though volumes are low, the colour and intensity of our shiraz fruit continues to impress. We believe that the Krinklewood vines are now reaping the benefits of the biodynamic practices, and the intense characteristics displayed in this vintage are the clear results of Rod Windrims persistence.
CUISINE: Compliments a spicy Spanish chorizo risotto with freshly ground black pepper.
