The appearance is light to medium yellow-green with a fine rapid bead. The bouquet is toasty, yeasty, citrus & floral with some tea leaf characters. The mouthfeel is that of a creamy delicate mousse with citrus fruits & mineral notes extending through a long finish.
The Story
Adele was established in 1990. Estate grown and hand-picked, it is made from 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay. Made using Methode Champenoise, disgorged January 2001.
