This is a very pale youthful wine with lemon citrus aromas and a waft of pineapple. The palate hits with lots of upfront zesty acicidy and lingers long. The pleasant mouthfeel exhibited by previous vintages is just starting to develop.

 

 

The Story

This 2006 Sauvignon Blanc is one of our best yet. Modification to trellis wires gave us a better shade regime on the berries, hence retaining high floral aromas in the wine. Hand picked and free from chemicals makes the wine a choice for the most sensitive consumer.
