The 2012 vintage followed one of the coolest Summers on record. This further enhanced the great varietal aroma and palate which our Sauvignon Blanc has produced over the past 25 years.

As usual, hand picked by a group of friends, family and European visitors, commencing at dawn (14°C) and crushed before midday.

At Martins Hill we have decided not to use screw caps and never will.
