Tasting Notes for No Evil Organic Rose 2021 from the Winery
Extremely pale in colour, a very light salmon. The nose shows nicely restrained red fruits, as well as rose petal and spice notes. The palate exhibits a refreshing core of vibrant red berry and candied fruits, culminating with layers of complexity to an impressively long and dry finish. Perfect poolside drinking for summer with a fruit and cheese platter.
The See, Hear, Speak No Evil Organic wines are sourced from fully certified Organic vineyards and made using minimal additions. The wines are Organic, Vegan friendly and made to EU guidelines for minimal preservatives (less than 30ppm Free Sulphur. A new benchmark in affordable Organic Wines.
Winemaking
Completely de-stemmed with a short maceration (a few hours) sufficient to impart colour and texture. Following a soft pressing, the juice is given a cool fermentation in stainless steel and allowed to ferment close to dry. Maturation on lees in stainless steel adds texture and malolactic fermentation is prevented to ensure vibrancy.
