Barrel aged Cabernet Sauvignon with advantages. This Cabernet Sauvignon sets a new standard for preservative-free wines. The fruit was picked at optimum flavour development. Matured in French Barriques and Hogsheds.

OLSEN WINES (ViN888) Victoria is an independent, family owned wine producing business. From their humble beginnings of retailing fine wines, spirits and specialty beers starting with two outlets in Albert Park and Camberwell, the business developed a niche market for specialty products. In 1991 the company then decided to venture into wine production and the multi awarded Olsen Wines was born. Glenn Olsen, their chief winemaker imparts his passion for winemaking, producing quality style of wines.

The Olsen Wines label - the company’s ﬂagship was established in 1993 and has since then received awards at major shows entered. James Haliday has given Olsen Wines four and a half stars and rated the Olsen Yarra Valley Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 95 points.

Due to popular demand, they have successfully developed their natural wines made without additives or sulphur dioxide preservative. Their estate in the heart of world famous Yarra Valley wine region produces the very limited Olsen Park Estate Wines.
