Vibrant pink in the glass it is all strawberries and cream with hints of tantalising raspberry & watermelon. Made from Shiraz fruit, the first taste is grippy and dry, with lovely red fruit flavours, and good length in between sips. Perfect with seafood or a spicy Asian feast.

CERTIFIED ORGANIC + PRESERVATIVE FREE
A striking, vibrant fairy floss colour with a lifted, perfumed nose of strawberries and raspberry drops. The balance between crisp acidity and fruitiness fills out the mid-palate without being too sweet. The result is a dry, refreshing rose, with enough length to fill the palate until the next glass.
No preservatives to this wine to produce a young, fresh and vibrant Rosé to be consumed in its youth.

“Pretty in pink, this cheeky Rosé is made from Shiraz fruit. Of the Organic new releases received, this would be my top pick. Watermelon juice in appearance, it’s an easy drop to savour. Not overly complex, there’s a curious faint whiff of apricot before mandarin peel and red berry fruits swoop. Soft with fine pepper spice, a little texture makes a play for your interest levels late adding some tension across the palate. Red apple acid crunch for the win.”
