Bright crimson in colour. A nose of raspberry and dark berry fruits, and some cedar/cigar box glimpses. The palate is shows mulberry and blackberry and is long, complex and even with good balance. Finishes with firm but fine tanins. Drink Now or cellar for 1-2 years.

 

 

The Story

Fruit from the un-irrigated Haywards of Locksley vineyard in the foothills of the Strathbogie Ranges. The vineyard is managed organically and has seen no synthetic chemicals in the last 3 years.
