Vivid purple crimson in colour. A spicy nose with ripe berries and soft cedar oak. The palate is supple with plum and berry fruit and beautiful balance and length. Very fine velvety tannins. Drink Now or cellar for 1-2 years.
The Story
Shiraz and viognier from the un-irrigated Haywards of Locksley vineyard in the foothills of the Strathbogie Ranges. The vineyard is managed organically and has seen no synthetic chemicals in the last 3 years.
