Aromas of mint and spearmint, the palate is quite rich and intense with plummy/dark berry fruit flavours and some subtle oak, finishing with supple tannins.
The Story
The wine was partially matured in old oak barrels for 12 months, and is also very low in sulfur, with just 11 parts per million free sulfur.
