Deep garnet red, the wine has a sweet, sappy bouquet of blueberry, blackcurrant and dark plums. The palate is bold and firm with ample fruit richness to fill this solid frame. The tannin structure is firm but fine. Cellar for 3-5 years or enjoy now with beef, game and other strong flavoured dishes.

 

 

The Story

Now wholly vinified at Windowrie Estate, the winemaking of the Triple Blend is minimal intervention, with low sulfur and minimal oak (and certainly no oak chips), aiming to produce a good quality and affordable wine that is a consistent reflection of the vineyard site and season.
