Vineyard | Cool climate, high altitude vineyards of Orange, NSW.

Vintage | Dry vintage with a long ripening season. Riesling picked late February to early March.

Bouquet | Lifted floral aromas of orange blossom and jasmine.

Palate | Bright acidity and a refined, citrus driven palate.

Alcohol | 11.5%.

Cellaring | 5+ years, keep away from strong light, at a cool, constant temperature <15°
