2010 VINTAGE NOTES
This wines colour is pale yellow. The nose shows green apple and tropical fruit characters which are also apparent on the palate. This wine is light in weight and shows soft acidity with a clean finish. Great drinking now, it will develop with some cellaring. Savour with seafood, Thai or other Asian foods
The Story
2010 VINTAGE NOTES
The fruit used to make this wine was sourced from the Temple Bruer vineyard. Harvesting commenced in the early hours on 22nd February. The grapes were crushed and cooled into the press where some skin contact was encouraged, pressing then commenced and the juice was cold settled. The wine underwent alcoholic fermentation slowly under cool conditions to retain fruit flavour.
