Michelle Says: Riesling fans, don't miss aged beauty from Temple Bruer. This wine glides over your tongue with a luscious viscosity. Aromas of orange marmalade & fennel seed, finishing with a hint of sweetness. My go to wine for any Asian feast.
This organically grown Riesling leads with lifted floral notes of violet and orange blossom followed by aromas of lemon pith, honey and almond that flow into characters of white pepper and cashew nuts on the palate. All complemented by a hint of sweetness and some lovely aged characters.

This Riesling was machine picked on a cold morning on the 21/02/2007. Then pressed straight away after crushing.
