2012 VINTAGE NOTES
This wine is deep red in colour. The nose shows many aromas including blackberry, cherry and an earthiness typical of Langhorne Creek wines. The palate is full with the fruit flavours well supported by mouth coating tannins.
The Story
2012 VINTAGE NOTES
Sourced from Temple Bruer’s certified organic vineyard in Langhorne Creek the fruit used to create this wine was fermented in two separate parcels. The must was pumped over the cap for approximately one week during fermentation. The wine was gentle pressed before fementation finished, once dry Malolactic fermentation was encouraged French oak was principally used to create this wine.
