Pale Straw in colour, this wine shows flavours of pineapple and freshly baked lemon curd carried by zesty grapefruit acidity to a gentle textured finish.
The Story
This wine was crafted from certified organic fruit grown in Barmera, a climate well suited to growing outstanding Vermentino. The grapes were crushed, chilled and pressed into a tank for cold settling. The juice was then racked off thicks and seeded with yeast, the ferment was run cool at a moderate rate in order to retain fresh fruit flavours.

Campbell Mattinson Rated : 90 Points
Certified organic. Carbon neutral. Single vineyard. Dry. Cool Italian variety. The pitch is strong – even before you’ve tasted it. That the wine tastes good is the icing on the cake. It’s a lovely mix of aromatic rosehip-like flavour with fresher, straighter, brinier edges. When you swallow, it leaves an attractive, refreshing, give-me-another-crack-at-that tartness. I’m a sucker for prawns quickly fried with garlic, ginger, chilli – a glass of this to accompany, and I was a happy camper.
