The 2005 Riesling is light straw in colour with a floral bouquet of lime and lemongrass. The palate has fresh lime, citrus and melon flavours with a crisp acid finish.
The Story
The grapes were handpicked and then crushed, pressed and made in our winery. Thistle Hill chose to use Stelvin caps for added convenience and to avoid the problems of cork taint. The wine is showing complexity and depth and will mature well in the bottle for many years. Drink 2006-2011.
