A rich medium to full bodied wine with blackberry, plummy and earthy fruit flavours. Layers of intense dark fruit and warm vanilla aromas supported by soft tannins and good length.

 

 

The Story

All hand picked on the 5th March. Merlot 14.0 Beaume, Cabernet 14.5 Beaume. Aged in American & French oak for 18 months Analysis: Alcohol 14.5%, pH 3.51, SO2 18PPM (free), SO2 42PPM (total).
